Conversational Hypnosis - so easy…
This works very well on subjects that are confident visualisers, such as Beckie. If they are very good at visualising things you can easily do this. To see if you are a good visualiser, think of a nice juicy lemon. A beautiful aromatic one. And imagine you squeeze it and watch the juice drip out of it… Now, if your mouth is watering you are probably a very good visualiser. I beg to differ my mind uses the visual part the most and my mind is not subjectable now my mouth is not watering yet I can envision the smell texture in my hand aswell as taste.
