Afiiliate Consumer Shield

To be honest, i dont have any questions, this is a question to tell people that Dell sucks. Do not buy dell computers of laptops, they will break very shortly after your warranty expires. But why should you have to buy an extended warranty just to have a functioning computer? If you have the option, buy a different brand computer. Also their computer service support sucks. Some of their offices arent even open on the weekends. It is the weekend, but i expected at least for a big company to be open on the weekends. If you pay for their products, you’re being a fool and just throwing your money away. Invest in a different computer and get better quality. DO NOT BUY DELL. I even wrote an email to the high management and they’re telling me to buy an extended warranty plan. Honestly, if it goes down to a high management situation, they should realize that they can lose customers. Are they all just programmed to tell me to buy an extended warranty? They’re so stupid. Save yourself the trouble, money and time.

The dells i bought were pretty good…
